摘  要:介绍了影响大型铸铁件收缩的因素和应对措施,详细阐述了数控龙门加工中心床身铸件的收缩率控制情况,得出结论:在采用合成铸铁熔炼工艺配合砂型铸造工艺时,对于导轨长度与铸件整体长度相同的龙门床身类铸件,其长宽高方向应采用相同的收缩率;对于导轨形状单独突出且长度短于铸件整体长度的车床立柱类铸件,其长度方向(导轨长度)缩尺应比宽、高方向大1‰~2‰。The factors influencing contraction of large casting and their countermeasures were introduced.The contraction rate control situation of the NC machining center bed body casting was described in detail.Following conclusions were obtained:when using of synthetic cast iron melting process plus sand mold casting process,for the guiding rail length being the same as the total length of castings,the same contraction rate should be used in its length,with and height directions.For the lathe column castings with guiding rail extrusive alone and shorter than the total length of castings,their contraction rate(guiding rail length)should be bigger than 1‰~2‰.
