球墨铸铁生产中影响镁吸收率的因素

摘  要:分析了影响球化剂中镁吸收率的因素,包括铁液中氧含量和硫含量、熔渣量、球化剂种类、覆盖合金、球化处理方式、球化包形状及球化处理温度等。阐述了各种因素影响镁吸收率的机理以及提高镁吸收率的方法。最后指出:生产中应严格控制影响球化剂中镁吸收率的因素,从而控制残留镁含量的波动范围,防止铸件出现球化不良或者球化等级不够等现象。The factors influencing absorption rate of magnesium in nodularizing alloy were analyzed including oxygen and sulfur contents of iron liquid,slag amount,sorts of nodulrizing alloy,covering alloy,nodularizing treatment process mode,nodulrizing ladle shape and nodularizing treatment temperature.The mechanism of various factors influencing the magnesium absorption rate and the method of improving the magnesium absorption rate and,as well as,the method to increase magnesium absorption rate were described.Finally,point out:the factors influencing absorption rate of magnesium in nodularizing alloy in production process should be strictly controlled,so as to control the fluctuation range of the residual magnesium content and prevent the phenomenon of poor nodularizing or insufficient nodularizing grade in the casting.
