摘　　要：介绍了铸铁熔炼过程中在同一炉铁液基础上生产多种不同材料铸铁件的技术方法。通过选定适宜的多种不同材料铸件熔炼作业顺序、制定合理的熔炼工艺和适当的铁液处理方法,可以在同一炉铁液基础上生产出多种不同材料的铸铁件,实现不同化学成分的铸铁件连续熔炼生产。经生产实践验证,同一炉铁液生产的HT250飞轮壳、QT500-7轴承盖和合金灰铸铁飞轮的化学成分、金相组织和力学性能均符合技术要求,实现了同炉铁液连续生产不同材料、不同铸铁件的目标。The technical method of producing various iron castings of different materials on the basis of molten iron in the same furnace was introduced.By selecting the appropriate smelting operation sequence for casting various materials,formulating reasonable smelting processes and appropriating molten iron treatment methods,iron castings of different materials could be produced by using the same molten iron in the same furnace.Continuous smelting production of iron castings with different chemical compositions could be achieved.It had been verified by production practice that the chemical composition,metallo-graphic structure and mechanical properties of the HT250 flywheel housing,QT500-7 bearing cap and alloy gray iron flywheel produced in the same molten iron met the technical requirements,and the continuous production of different materials in the same molten iron was realized.
