摘　　要：我国传统书院作为古代教育的一种形式,兼具教学和学术研究和诚德教化之功能,有大学教育之特点,是我国古代私学发展的最高形式,并成为官学教育的重要补充。在近千年的发展中,书院发挥着其独特的功能和优势,书院在其幽美的自然环境中,凭借宽松自由的学习环境,为我国古代社会发展培养了大批博学尚德的知识分子,特别是书院和谐的师生关系和自由的学术精神,成为我国传承千年的大学精神,为当代高等教育更好的完成立德树人根本任务,培养合格社会主义建设者和接班人提供了重要的借鉴价值。As a kind of ancient education form, our traditional academy, with functions of teaching, academic research and the moralization of sincere morality, has the characteristics of university education. As the highest form of the ancient private school development, it became an important supplement to the official education. In the development of nearly one thousand years, academies have played their unique functions and advantages. In their beautiful natural environment and relax and free learning environment, academies have cultivated a large number of learned and virtuous intellectuals for the development of ancient Chinese society. In particular, the harmonious teacher-student relationship and free academic spirit of academies have become the university spirit passed on for thousands of years. It provides important reference value for contemporary higher education to better fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people and to train qualified socialist builders and successors.
