摘　　要：怠速马达在生产过程中的出厂检测环节存在检测速度慢、操作复杂等技术瓶颈,导致产量受限.提出一种小型检测系统,采用可编程的Arduino等制作完成,经多次反复检测,坏件检出率为100%.所设计系统具有价格低廉、开发速度快、稳定性好等优势,为中小型企业自动化生产与检测、降低成本以及提高效率提供了新的思路和方案.In the pre-delivery detection of idle motor during its production process, such technical bottlenecks as slow detection and complex operation result in limited output.This study proposed aminor detection system, which was made with programmable Arduino and other products. After repeated detection, the detection rate of defective parts was 100%. This designed system acquires the advantages of low price, fast development speed, and good stability. It provides new ideas and schemes for small and medium-sized enterprises to conduct automatic production and detection, reduce cost, and improve efficiency.
