摘 要:探讨了新冠疫情期间心理弹性在高校毕业生领悟社会支持与就业焦虑之间的中介作用.采用领悟社会支持量表、心理弹性量表、就业焦虑量表,通过线上线下相结合的方式对457名高校毕业生进行调查研究.结果显示,领悟社会支持与心理弹性呈显著正相关,与就业焦虑呈显著负相关,心理弹性与就业焦虑呈显著负相关.心理弹性在领悟社会支持与就业焦虑间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为17.36%.The mediating role of psychological resilience in college graduates′ perceived social support and employment anxiety during the COVID-19 epidemic was explored.A total of 457 college graduates were investigated using online and offline methods with Perceived Social Support Scale, Psychological Resilience Scale, and Employment Anxiety Scale.The results show that perceived social support was positively correlated with psychological resilience, negatively correlated with employment anxiety. Psychological resilience was negatively correlated with employment anxiety. Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between perceived social support and employment anxiety, and the mediating effect accounts for 17.36% of the total effect.
