摘　　要：公共图书馆是公共文化服务体系建设中的重要一环,通过对其相关学术成果的内容分析与挖掘,总结过去、把握现在以及展望未来,以助力构建书香社会,实现文化强国。通过对“十三五”时期国内出版的公共图书馆类主题图书的分析与论述,归纳总结与公共图书馆业务开展相关图书的研究主题,并结合“十四五”时期各层级规划及纲要内容,提出高质量发展时期公共图书馆理论与实践需关注的六个重点方向。Public library is an important part of the construction of public cultural service system.By analyzing and mining the relevant academic achievements, summarizing the past, grasping the present and looking into the future, in order to further build a reading society and contribute to cultural power, the integration of knowledge and practice is particularly crucial.Through the analysis and discussion of public library themed books published in China during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, summarizing the research topics related to the development of public library services, combing with the planning and outline of the “14th Five-Year Plan”period, this paper puts forward six key directions of public library theory and practice in the period of high quality development.
