资源型县城的生态环境转型路径的思考

摘　　要：本文以资源型县城区松桃苗族自治县作为研究对象,分析松桃苗族自治县生态环境的转型过程,阐述其县城生态环境转型过程中运用的多元化产业发展转型路径,治理采锰塌陷地路径、社会转型路径、管理机制转型路径,剖析制约了松桃苗族自治县转型发展的生态环境被破坏、空间布局破碎、产业发展不均衡、民众环保意识薄弱等问题,最终提出松桃苗族自治县生态文明协同县城规划的策略。This paper takes Songtao Miao Autonomous County, a resource-based county, as the research object,analyzes the transformation process of the ecological environment of Songtao Miao Autonomous County, and expounds the transformation path of diversified industrial development, the manganese mining subsidence governance path, the social transformation path and the management mechanism transformation path used in the transformation process of the county ’s ecological environment. In addition, it analyzes the problems which restrict the transformation and development of Songtao Miao Autonomous County, such as the destruction of ecological environment, the fragmentation of spatial layout, the unbalanced industrial development and the weak public awareness of environmental protection. Finally, it puts forward the strategy of ecological civilization coordination county planning in Songtao Miao Autonomous County.
