摘　　要：环保部门不仅要通过监测等手段提高对各种污染的控制力度,同时还要加强监测水平。在实际工作中,如果不能很好地提高环境监测工作质量和水平,就无法更好地服务于环境保护。因此,为了更好地完成环境监测工作任务,首先需要明确其意义以及必要性,其次需要结合实际情况对提高环境监测质量与水平采取有效措施,最终才能进一步做好相关工作。With the development of society, people increasingly higher requirements for living environment, thus attaching more attention to ecological environment. In terms of environmental protection, environmental protection departments should not only improve the control of various pollution by means of monitoring, but also raise the level of monitoring. In practical work, if we can not improve the quality and level of environmental monitoring, we can not better serve environmental protection. Therefore, in order to complete the task of environmental monitoring,we need to make clear its significance and necessity, and take effective measures to improve the quality and level of environmental monitoring.
