摘 要:本研究以青海省鱼卡铁路煤炭货场为研究对象,主要考虑采用防风抑尘网前后储煤场风速的变化来核算扬尘产生量的变化,通过AERSCREEN模型来计算设置抑尘网前后项目煤尘污染源的最大环境影响。根据预测结果,采取在货场周围加装防风抑尘网和改进优化装卸机械等措施对铁路煤炭货场周围的粉尘污染问题进行有效治理。研究结果表明:在背景值为2m/s和5m/s情况下,背景风速越高,抑尘网对煤尘产生量的消减率越高,消减率分别为54.23%和87.57%;背景风速越高,抑尘网对煤尘污染引起下风向污染物最大浓度的消减率越高,消减率分别为68.66%和91.49%。Taking Yuka Railway Coal freight yard in Qinghai Province as the research object, it mainly calculates the change of dust production amount by the change of wind speed in the coal storage yard before and after the installation of windbreak and dust suppression net. AERSCREEN model is used to calculate the maximum environmental impact of coal dust pollution sources before and after the installation of dust suppression net.According to the prediction results, the dust pollution around the railway coal yard is effectively controlled by installing windbreak and dust suppression net and improving and optimizing loading and unloading machinery.The results show that when the background value is 2m/s and 5m/s, the higher the background wind speed is, the higher the reduction rate of coal dust production by windbreak and dust suppression net is, and the reduction rate is 54.23% and 87.57%, respectively. The higher the background wind speed is, the higher the reduction rate of the maximum concentration of downwind pollutants caused by coal dust pollution caused by dust suppression net is,and the reduction rate is 68.66% and 91.49%, respectively.
