摘 要:针对在地下水位较高的地方,管廊壁预埋螺栓可能打穿管廊壁,造成地下水渗入管廊内部的问题,基于拱桥具有良好的受力性能的理念,提出一种新型管廊支架体系。首先,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对单槽钢支撑臂进行了静力承载力分析和屈曲分析,得到单槽钢静力承载力为10.55 kN以及屈曲荷载为22.90 kN,说明槽钢只会发生强度破坏。然后,对一榀支架体系进行了整体分析,得到其在设计荷载作用下产生的最大位移为2.88 mm,最大应力为233.74 MPa。接着,对两榀支架体系进行了分析,得到两榀支架的最大变形较单榀减少了0.24 mm,最大应力较单榀减少了27.35 MPa,说明环与环之间形成整体,可提高稳定性与承载力。最后,通过试验测得单槽钢静力承载力为10.22 kN,与数值模拟结果相比降低了3.13%,误差较小,验证了数值模拟的正确性。计算结果表明新型管廊支架体系能够满足正常使用。For the high underground water level,the pipe gallery wall embedded bolts may penetrate the pipe gallery wall,resulting in groundwater seepage into the internal of the pipe gallery.Based on the idea that the arch bridge has good mechanical performance,this paper proposed a new type of pipe gallery support system.Firstly,the ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the static bearing capacity and buckling of a single channel steel support arm.The static bearing capacity of the single-channel steel was 10.55 kN and the buckling load was 22.90 kN,indicating that the strength failure of the channel steel only occured.Then,the overall analysis of a bracket system was carried out,and the maximum displacement and maximum stress generated under the design load were 2.88 mm and 233.74 MPa,respectively.Then the two bracket systems were analyzed,and the maximum deformation of the two brackets was reduced by 0.24 mm and the maximum stress was reduced by 27.35 MPa compared with that of the single bracket,indicating that the integration between the ring and the ring can improve the stability and bearing capacity.Finally,the static bearing capacity of single-channel steel was 10.22 kN,which was 3.13%lower than that of numerical simulation,and the error was small,which verified the correctness of numerical simulation.The calculation results show that the new pipe gallery support system can meet the normal use.
