摘  要:针对薄壁高墩盖梁横穿法施工安全问题,以某在建大桥工程为背景,研究了高墩横穿法盖梁施工架体力学特性。介绍关键组合构件力学特性计算方法,同时采用有限元软件Maids-Civil,建立施工架体在最不利荷载影响下有限元模型,计算分析模板面板、主背楞、支撑桁架、对拉螺杆、横梁、纵梁和横穿钢棒的应力及变形。结果表明:横穿法施工架体模板系统最大组合变形值为4.55 mm,最大组合应力值为95.89 MPa,支撑系统最大组合应力值为106.28 MPa,均在规定范围内。结构整体抗倾覆安全系数计算结果为12.3,大于规定最小安全系数2。依据研究成果开展盖梁施工监控,现场检测数据显示盖梁检测数据均在规定范围内,表明盖梁横穿法施工安全可靠。Aiming at the safety problem of the traverse method construction of copings of thin-walled hollow high piers,a bridge project under construction was taken as the engineering background,and the mechanical characteristics of the construction frame with traverse method of copings was studied.The calculation method of mechanical properties of key combined members were introduced,and the finite element model of the construction frame under the most unfavorable load was developed by using Midas-Civil.The internal force and deformation of the templates pane,main back corrugated,support truss,tension screw,transverse beam,longitudinal beam and cross steel rod were analyzed.The results show that for the formwork system of the traverse method construction of copings,the maximum combined deformation value of is 4.55 mm,and the maximum combined stress value is 95.89 MPa.For the support system,the maximum combined stress value is 106.28 MPa,within the allowable value range.The anti-overturning safety coefficient of the whole structure is 12.3,which is greater than the minimum safety factor 2.According to the research results,the construction quality of copings was monitored.The on-site monitoring data show that the inspection data of copings is within the specified range,which shows the traverse method construction of copings is safe and reliable.
