摘 要:基于模态分析理论,对某发动机机体及冷却器组合中的大型塑料风扇进行模态分析。通过某品牌滑环加单项应变片的实验设备对风扇进行工作模态分析,运用有限元仿真软件对风扇进行静态和动态模态分析。对比实验与仿真结果可以看出,在塑料风扇的仿真分析过程中考虑转速的影响后,其分析结果与实验结果有很高的一致性,故在风扇的应用设计时,必须考虑转速对风扇模态的影响。Based on the modal analysis theory,the modal analysis of large plastic fan in the combination of engine block and cooler is conducted in this article.The experimental equipment of a brand of slip ring and single strain gauge is used to analyze the working mode of the fan;and the finite element simulation software is used to analyze the static and dynamic mode of the fan.By comparing the experiment and the simulation results,it can be seen that after considering the influence of rotating speed in the simulation analysis of plastic fan,the analytical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Therefore,the influence of rotating speed on fan mode must be considered in the application design stage of the fan.
