摘  要:针对不锈钢、合金管棒材具在接触酸瞬间冒黄烟的问题,研发了一种新型酸槽装置及酸洗方法。该方法需先将管棒材放入酸槽,盖上酸槽盖完成对整个酸槽密封后,再使管棒材和酸液接触,完成对管棒材表面氧化皮的腐蚀剥离,这种方法扩展了酸洗线的柔性。该文通过对自动装卸机携带酸洗料架、智能分料装置、自动装料装置、智能出料辊道的设计,实现了智能化的酸洗新模式。这种模式加快了不锈钢管棒材生产效率,降低了生产能耗,提高了设备自动化水平,增加了操作人员的安全性。In view of the problem that stainless steel and alloy tubes,bars and tools emit yellow smoke at the moment of contact with acid,a new acid bath device and pickling method are developed in this paper.The tubes and bars are put into the acid bath first,and covered with the acid bath cover to seal the entire acid bath;then the tubes and bars are contacted with the acid solution to complete the corrosion stripping of the oxide skin on the surface of tubes and bars.This method expands the flexibility of the pickling line.In this paper,a new intelligent pickling mode is realized through designing the automatic loader and unloader with the pickling rack,the intelligent material distribution device,automatic loading device and intelligent discharge roller table.This mode speeds up the production efficiency of stainless steel tubes and bars,reduces the production energy consumption,improves the level of equipment automation,and increases the safety of operators.
