摘 要:针对屋顶积雪人工清除困难、不安全等问题,设计了一种适用不同屋顶倾角的三自由度自动除雪设备。根据单跨双坡屋面结构和积雪分布特点,对除雪设备的功能需求进行分析,提出了总体设计方案;基于计算机辅助设计方法对除雪设备的主要机械结构进行设计分析,并对传动机构进行设计计算;最后,制作实验样机并进行功能测试,测试结果发现,除雪设备运行正常,能够通过水平方向、竖直方向、斜面方向运动实现房屋瓦面不同区域的自动除雪,方案切实可行,具有实际的应用价值。In view of the difficulty and insecurity of manually removing snow on roofs,a type of three degree-of-freedom automatic snow removal equipment suitable for different roof inclinations is designed.According to the single span double slope roof structure and snow distribution characteristics,the functional requirements of snow removal equipment are analyzed,and the overall design scheme is proposed.Based on the computer aided design method,the main mechanical structure of snow removal equipment is designed and analyzed,and the transmission mechanism is designed and calculated.Finally,the experimental prototype is made and the function tests are carried out.The results show that the snow removal equipment operates normally and could realize automatic snow removal in different areas of the house tile by moving in the horizontal,vertical and inclined directions,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme.
