摘 要:针对矿用多绳摩擦式提升机在多绳缠绕时卷筒受力复杂、空载以及满载工况下动态特性复杂等问题,利用计算机数值模拟分析方法对矿用多绳摩擦式提升机提升系统受力变化进行研究,利用Simulation X对矿用多绳摩擦式提升机空载与满载工况下的动态特性进行研究,得出空载启动转速平稳、无超调,在满载启动时系统响应速度比较慢,需要经过6.5s后才能够恢复到稳定状态。结果表明:整个控制系统运行平稳、超调量小、速度波动小,能保证提升系统的平稳运行,分析结果可为后期多绳摩擦式提升系统的控制优化提供参考。Aiming at the problems that the multi-rope friction hoist has complex force on the drum when the multi-rope is wound,and the dynamic characteristics are complex under no-load and full-load conditions,force change of the mining multi-rope friction hoist system is studied by using the computer numerical simulation analysis method in this paper.Then the dynamic characteristics of the mining multi-rope friction hoist under no-load startup and full-load conditions are studied by simulation X.It is concluded that the no-load startup speed is stable and there is no overshoot;the response speed is relatively slow,and it takes 6.5s to recover to a stable state.The results show that the entire control system runs smoothly,with small overshoot and speed fluctuation,which can ensure the smooth operation of the hoisting system and provide a reference for control optimization of the multi-rope friction hoisting system in the later stage.
