摘 要:针对真空挤出机机头在法兰处易开裂损坏的问题,提出一种基于整个设计流程的模拟仿真方法。该方法利用Pro/Engineer软件实现对真空挤出机机头的3D模型建立、力学性能分析以及机械强度计算,通过迭代计算、优化模型、仿真加工、代码输出,以及输入数控机床进行加工,使机头经过最初CAD设计阶段,CAE力学性能分析,关键尺寸优化,CAM仿真加工,输出代码到数控机床加工等一整套流程,提高了真空挤出机机头的机械结构强度,解决法兰裂纹损伤的问题,并为机头的设计分析和制造提供了参考依据。In this paper,aiming at the problem of crack and damage of the vacuum extruder head at the flange,through the use of Pro/Engineer software,the 3D model of the vacuum extruder head is established.Through the mechanical analysis,the weak points are found,and the mechanical strength is calculated.Then through the iterative calculation,optimization model,simulation processing,code output,it is input into the CNC machine tool for processing;the head is analyzed from the initial CAD design stage for CAE mechanical performance.The key dimensions are optimized,and through the CAM simulation processing,the code is output to CNC machine tools for processing.The whole set of processes would improve the mechanical structure strength of the vacuum extruder head,solve the problem of flange crack damage,and provide a reference for the design,analysis and manufacturing of the head.
