摘　　要：四川盆地油气勘探开发受地质、环境等因素影响,多口井在钻井过程中发生溢流、井喷等复杂情况,尤其是彭州、川东北海相超深井以及川南页岩气高压气井,其井控风险极高,处理难度极大。为了充分认识钻井施工过程中井控安全的重要性,体现钻井监督在井控管理过程中的重大责任,以钻井监督在井控管理过程中的作用发挥为研究对象,通过阐述PZ115井在三叠系上统小塘子组钻遇裂缝气层处理气侵复杂中分析钻井监督如何排查气测异常原因,避免井喷等井控事件的发生,体现钻井监督在井控管理过程中的作用发挥,明确钻井监督在井控管理工作中的重要性。研究结果表明:井控安全是钻井工程的重中之重,钻井监督作为甲方现场井控管理工作第一责任人意义重大,现场钻井监督管理人员必须高度重视现场监督工作。结论认为:①现场施工期间钻井监督的存在很有必要;②传统监督管理模式结合远程监督,全面优化监督管理模式,更能有效地发现和预防井控事故的发生;③在今后井控管理过程中更要提高现场监督管理能力,提升井控管理水平和管理理念,压实监督责任,降低井控风险,杜绝井喷事故,保障安全生产。The oil&gas exploration and development in the Sichuan Basin is influenced by geology,environment and other factors,and a number of wells suffer overflow,blowout and other complexities in the process of drilling,and especially the marine ultra-deep wells in Pengzhou and the northeastern Sichuan Basin and the high-pressure shale gas wells in the southern Sichuan Basin face extremely serious well control risks,whose treatment difficulty is extremely great.In order to sufficiently understand the importance of well control safety in the process of drilling construction and reflect the major responsibility of drilling supervisor in the process of well control management,this paper takes the role of drilling supervisor in the process of well control management as the research object to show the role of drilling supervisor in the process of well control management and determine the importance of drilling supervisor in well control management by describing how the drilling supervisor investigates the reasons for abnormal gas logging and avoids well control accidents(e.g.blowout)when dealing with gas invasion complexity in the fractured gas layer of Upper Triassic Xiaotangzi Formation in Well PZ115.The research results indicate that well control safety is the top priority of drilling engineering,drilling supervisor,as the first person of Party A responsible for on-site well control management plays a crucial role,and on-site drilling supervision management staff shall pay much attention to the on-site supervision.In conclusion,the attendance of drilling supervisor in the period of field construction is requisite.What’s more,the supervision management mode shall be optimized comprehensively by combining the traditional supervision management model with the remote supervision,which can identify and prevent well control accidents more effectively.Furthermore,in the future well control management,it is necessary to enhance on-site supervision management ability,upgrade the level and concept of well control management,and co
