摘 要:当前,学术界对于音乐产业并购在国际文化传播中的战略价值缺乏足够重视。基于价值链视角,对2009—2020年世界主要国家(地区)音乐产业并购数据进行社会网络分析可以发现:全球音乐产业并购网络呈中心化结构与零散结构并存态势;从内容生产环节来看,全球并购网络规模虽先增后减但网络密度显著提升,反映全球资本在专有性的音乐产业战略资源竞夺已向纵深层次演进,美国始终占据核心地位,韩国、日本与中国从第二阶段开始确立网络中的关键地位;版权运营环节的网络密度最高,德国在第一阶段和第二阶段处于网络中心地位,第三阶段被美国取代;分发传播环节的兼并收购行为最为活跃,“一带一路”沿线国家(地区)及新兴市场国家(地区)地位逐渐上升,非洲国家(地区)也开始参与到全球并购热潮中,中日韩跻身中心度排名前10强,链式效应明显,成为打破美欧同盟、建构网络新格局的关键力量。因此,应从国际传播能力建设战略高度进行顶层设计,以“一带一路”沿线国家(地区)和非洲国家(地区)为突破口战略布局音乐产业全球价值链,以分发传播环节为着力点来建构中国音乐产业全球传播新型网络体系。At present,the strategic position of the music industry mergers and acquisitions in international cultural communication has not been given enough consideration in the academic circle.By analyzing the data of music industry mergers and acquisitions in major countries from 2009 to 2020 using the social network analysis method,it is found that the global music industry merger and acquisition(M&A)network shows the coexistence of centralized structure and scattered structure.From the aspect of content production,although the scale of global M&A network increases at first and then decreases,the network density increases significantly.It reflects that global capital’s competition for strategic resources in the exclusive music industry has further developed.South Korea,Japan and China establish the key position in the network from the second stage,with the United States always occupying the core position.The network density in copyright operation link is the highest.Germany is at the center of the network in the first and second stages,and is replaced by the United States in the third stage.The most frequent mergers and acquisitions are in the distribution and transmission link sector.The status of countries along the Belt and Road Initiative and emerging market countries is gradually rising.Africa also begins to participate in the global M&A boom.China,Japan,and South Korea rank among the top ten in terms of centrality.The chain effect is obvious,and these countries have become a key force in breaking the US-European alliance and establishing a new pattern for international M&A network.To construct a new network system for global communication of Chinese music industry,it is suggested that the top-level design should be carried out from the strategic height of building international communication capacity,the global value chain of the music industry should be strategically arranged with the Belt and Road Initiative and African countries as the breakthrough point,and the distribution and transmission link should be tr
