摘　　要：当前全球经济社会发展正面临百年未有之大变局,科技服务业成为创新驱动高质量发展的有力支撑.为探索科技服务业的有效模式,纾解科技服务的短板缺项,本文从江苏科技创新和科技服务业发展的基本情况出发,采用理论建构和案例分析的方式,结合江苏省生产力促进中心近年来在江苏科技强省建设中的科技服务经验,提出了产业科技集成创新服务模式,对模式的"33310"体系内涵进行了全面阐述,并提出了进一步的完善建议.Current global economic and social development is facing major changes unseen in a century,and the technology service industry has become a strong support for innovation-driven high-quality development.In order to explore the effective model of science and technology service industry and relieve the shortcomings of science and technology service,this paper starts from the basic situation of Jiangsu science and technology innovation and development of science and technology service industry,adopts the method of theoretical construction and case analysis,and combines the Jiangsu Provincial Productivity Promotion Center.In recent years,the scientific and technological service experience in the construction of Jiangsu strong science and technology province has put forward the industrial science and technology integrated innovation service model,comprehensively expounded the connotation of the"33310"system of the model,and put forward further suggestions for improvement.
