摘 要:我国生态环境建设战略的进一步落实,固废体发电行业进入到新的发展阶段,进行行业创新和转型势在必行,需要通过企业运营能力与相关技术的提升实现低碳、节能的企业发展战略,逐步提升垃圾环保发电企业的市场核心竞争力.在垃圾环保发电企业中,实施冷端智能运维(CIMS®)应用能产生较大的经济效益与社会效益,对垃圾环保发电企业的可持续发展有重要意义.本文从垃圾环保发电厂工业冷端治理的五大技术难点与三个管理难点入手,对CIMS®方案在垃圾环保发电厂节能减排的应用展开研究,通过发电厂实际案例的应用分析,展现CIMS?方案应用实际产生的价值,以期给相关行业人士提供参考与建议.With the further implémentation of my country's ecological environment construction strategy,the solid waste power génération industry has entered a new stage of development.It is impérative to carry out industry innovation and transformation.It is necessary to achieve low-carbon and energy-saving enterprises through the improvement of cntcrprisc operation capabilitics and rclatcd technologies.Development strategy,and gradually cnhance the market core competitiveness of waste-to-energy génération enterprises.In waste-to-energy génération enterprises,the implémentation of cold-end intelligent operation and maintenance(CIMS®)applications can generatc greateréconomie and social benefits,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of waste-to-energy génération enterprises.This paper starts with the five techmcal difficultés and three management difficultés of industrial cold-end treatment of waste-to-energy power plants,and studies the application of CIMS®scheme in energy conservation andémission réduction of waste-to-energy power plants.The actual value generated by the application of the scheme is expected to provide reference and advice to relevant industry professionals.
