高空大体积混凝土承台建造施工技术的研究

摘  要:"十四五"阶段,我国重点推进交通新基建工程.承台的建造施工质量,直接关系到港口、码头、海洋及桥梁等新基建工程的总体施工质量,大部分承台在建造施工过程中需要利用大体积混凝土进行浇筑,由于大体积混凝土的浇筑面积较大,所以其表面系数较小,需要承受水化热化学反应、自然变温反应、混凝土徐变收缩反应等综合因素的干扰.一旦混凝土内外温差较大,容易造成大体积混凝土产生明显的变形,出现贯穿裂缝、深层裂缝及表面裂缝等,严重影响承台结构安全和正常使用.针对高空大体积混凝土承台在建造施工过程中的技术性难点,需要在诸多环节进行质量控制,预防、控制高空大体积混凝土承台的变形和裂缝问题,提升建筑结构的整体性和安全性.During the"Fourteenth Five Year Plan"period,China focused on promoting new transportation infrastructure projects and sustainable development of green and low-carbon projects.The construction quality of cushion caps is directly related to the overall construction quality of new infrastructure projects such as ports,wharves,oceans and bridges.Most cushion caps need to be poured with mass concrete during the construction process.Because the pouring area of mass concrete is large,its surface coefficient is small,and it needs to withstand the interference of comprehensive factors such as hydration thermal chemical reaction,natural temperature change reaction,concrete creep and shrinkage reaction.Once the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete is large,it is easy to cause obvious deformation of the mass concrete,and there are through cracks,deep cracks and surface cracks,which seriously affect the safety and normal use of the cushion cap structure.In view of the technical difficulties in the construction of high-altitude mass concrete cushion cap,it is necessary to carry out quality control in many links to prevent and control the deformation and cracks of high-altitude mass concrete cushion cap and improve the integrity and safety of the building structure.
