摘　　要：家庭访视是延续护理的一种方式,在疾病的康复及预后方面起到了积极的推动作用。总结了日本家庭访视护理的保险制度、机构类型、访视护士准入及教育培训、工作内容、工作流程、质量监督和安全管理方面的内容,并对照目前国内家庭访视护理发展现状,提出尚需完善的建议,以期为推进我国家庭访视护理工作的开展提供参考。Home visit is a proven method of extended care and plays a positive role in the rehabilitation and prognosis of diseases. This article describes and summarizes home visit care in Japan from the aspects of their insurance system,institutional configuration, qualification and training of visiting nurses, work content, process, quality evaluation and safety management, which can provide an useful reference for further improvement of the domestic home visit care for people in need of long term care.
