摘 要:往复压缩机是化工工艺生产流程中的核心设备,具有易损件多,持续运行时间长的特点。其缸内的易损件主要包括气阀、活塞环和填函等部件,因易损件发生故障而导致的非计划性停机,往往会对企业造成较大的经济损失甚至引发严重的安全事故。理论上,基于p-V图的故障诊断可准确识别缸内易损件故障,同时缸内易损件的故障往往表现为泄漏。模拟实验,研究了缸内易损件在泄漏故障下的p-V图特征,结果表明提取p-V图膨胀过程综合指数(指征膨胀过程曲线倾斜程度)可以用于识别缸内易损件是否发生泄漏故障。Reciprocating compressor is one of the core equipment in the chemical production process. Although there are many vulnerable parts inside the reciprocating compressor, it is requested to be operated with long continuous time. The vulnerable parts in the cylinder mainly include air valves, piston rings, stuffing boxes and other components. Unplanned shutdown caused by the failure of vulnerable parts often causes great economic losses to enterprises and even serious safety accidents. In theory, the fault diagnosis based on p-V diagram can accurately identify the faults of vulnerable parts in the cylinder, and the faults of vulnerable parts in the cylinder are often performed as leakage. In this paper, simulation experiments were carried out to study the characteristics of p-V diagram of vulnerable parts in the cylinder under leakage fault. The results show that extracting the comprehensive index of p-V diagram expansion process(indicating the inclination of expansion process curve) can be used to identify whether the vulnerable parts in the cylinder have leakage fault.
