摘 要:针对螺杆压缩机转子齿间压力分布计算的问题,本文提出一种基于转子端面型线数据点的齿间容积投影面积法来计算齿间压力分布的算法。首先,基于转子端面型线数据点运用3次B样条理论计算转子齿间面积;其次,基于齿间容积投影面积法建立齿间压力随齿间容积变化的数学模型,借助MATLAB软件编写程序完成齿间内压力计算并输出压力曲线图;最后,基于螺杆压缩机3D模型,运用ANSYS软件FLUENT模块进行同工况下的仿真分析,输出齿间压力分布并与计算出的压力进行对比。结果表明:所提齿间压力算法是可行的,计算速度快,仅需0.57 s,计算精度高,计算结果可靠。Aiming at the problem that the traditional calculation method for pressure distribution between the teeth of screw compressor rotor, an algorithm based on the inter tooth volume projection area method of the rotor end profile data points was proposed in this paper.Firstly, based on the profile data points of rotor end face, the area between rotor teeth was calculated by using cubic B-spline theory.Secondly, based on the projection area method of inter tooth volume, the mathematical model of inter tooth pressure varying with inter tooth volume was established, the calculation of inter tooth internal pressure was completed with the help of MATLAB software and the pressure curve was output.Finally, based on the 3D model of screw compressor, the simulation analysis of screw compressor under the same working condition was carried out by using the fluent module of ANSYS software, and the pressure distribution among rotor teeth was output and compared with that calculated with MATLAB program.The results show that the pressure is calculated fast only with 0.57 s and the accuracy is higher, so the proposed algorithm is feasible and the result is reliable.
