摘 要:利用自行搭建的滚筒式涡电流分选机探讨报废汽车铝金属厚度、落料点高度、设备转速对弹射距离的影响规律,拟用于评价设备的分选效果,借助于Origin软件模拟影响因素对弹射距离作用的函数模型。利用Design-expert软件响应面法探究三者之间相互作用的显著性。研究结果表明:弹射距离随着转速增加先增加后减小,Cubic Equation模型适应性最好;落料点高度越大,弹射距离越远,Allometric1模型很好的解释了该变化规律;随着厚度增加,弹射距离逐渐减小,ExpDec1方程模拟效果最好。弹射距离关于三个变量模拟模型呈现出二阶方程式模型,并且,三者之间显著性较为接近,相互作用显著性顺序依次为:落料点高度和转速、落料点高度和厚度、转速和厚度。在最优分选条件下(厚度:1 mm,转速:1800 r/min,落料点高度:110 cm),弹射距离预测值为100.335 cm,验证实验值为101.733 cm,预测值和实验值接近,表明所得预测模型在本研究范围内合理有效,可以提高涡电流分选机的分选效率。Based on a self-built roller eddy current separator,the influence of metal thickness,drop point height and equipment rotating speed on the ejection distance was discussed.The function models of various influencing factors were established by using Origin software.The response surface method designed on Design-expert software was used to explore the significance of the interaction between the factors.The results showed that the ejection distance first increased and then decreased with the increase of rotating speed,and the Cubic Equation model had the best adaptability;the larger the height of the drop point,the farther the ejection distance,and the Allometric1 model could well explain it;the ejection distance gradually decreased with the increase of metal thickness,and the simulation effect of ExpDec1 equation was the best.A second-order equation could serve as the simulation model when rotating speed,metal thickness and drop point height were comprehensively considered.The significance of the interaction between the factors was close,and the order was as follows:drop point height and rotating speed,drop point height and metal thickness,rotating speed and metal thickness.Under the optimal conditions(metal thickness of 1 mm,rotating speed of 1800 r/min,drop point height of 110 cm),the predicted ejection distance was 100.335 cm,while the value obtained by the verification experiment was 101.733 cm.The predicted value was very close to the experimental value,indicating that the prediction model was reasonable and effective within the scope of this study,and the separation efficiency of the eddy current separator was improved.
