摘　　要：该文应用边缘计算和大数据技术,构建1个设备运维管理平台、1个设备健康监测平台和8个设备运维管理模块,建立“1+1+8”设备运维管理体系,推动数字化转型时期的设备管理从被动维修向积极维修、从事后维修向预防维修转变,以流程协同提升管理效能;通过建立一系列配套制度,将制度转化为流程、固化进运维平台,推动组织管理集约化、扁平化和柔性化,实现信息化与企业管理同频共振、互相促进,取得一定效果。With the application of edge computing and big data technology,this paper intends to construct an equipment operation and maintenance management platform,an equipment health monitoring platform and 8 equipment operation and maintenance management modules,and establishes a"1+1+8"equipment operation and maintenance management system,in order to promote the equipment management in the digital transition period from passive maintenance to active maintenance,post-maintenance to preventive maintenance,and use process coordination to improve management efficiency.Through the establishment of a series of supporting systems,the system will be transformed into processes and solidified into the operation and maintenance platform to promote intensive,flat and flexible organization and management,so as to achieve the same frequency resonance and mutual promotion of information and enterprise management,with satisfying results.
