摘 要:采用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对半固态铍铝合金进行数值模拟,获得变形量对样品不同位置固相率的影响。结果表明,随着变形量的增加,样品中的固相率增大,而大变形区的固相率增加最多,边缘处的固相率增加较少;变形后,中心区域的固相率最高,且随着应变量的增加,样品轴向上的固相率差值先增大后减小,径向上的固相率差值持续增大。The finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the semi-solid Be-Al alloy,and the effect of deformation on the solid fraction at different positions of the sample was obtained.The results show that with the increase of deformation amount,the solid fraction in the sample increases,while the solid fraction in the large deformation region increases most,and the solid fraction at the edge increases less.After deformation,the solid fraction in the central region is the highest;with the increase of strain,the solid rate difference in the axial direction of the sample increases first and then decreases;and the solid rate difference in the radial direction continues to increase.
