摘 要:由于环形燃烧室结构紧凑、空间利用率高,所以在民用航空所使用的涡轮风扇发动机中得到广泛应用。该文建立环形燃烧室的火焰筒和双级旋流器模型,并采用数值模拟的方法对其旋流特性进行分析。旋流器的第一级和第二级叶片分别选取多种安装角度的组合,仿真计算发现,随着安装角度的增大回流区的特征长度增加较为明显,但特征宽度变化不大,这有利于保护壁面避免烧蚀,同时流速小的回流区会使火焰更充分和稳定地燃烧。进一步计算阻力损失系数发现,阻力损失系数随旋流数的增大而增大,这可能是由于旋流数越大,气流撞击叶片发生偏转时损失的能量越大,进而导致阻力损失的增大。因此,在设计旋流器时,不仅要考虑回流特性还需要考虑气流的阻力损失。The annular combustor is widely used in turbofan engines for civil aviation because of its compact structure and high space utilization.In this paper,the models of liner and two-stage swirler for annular combustor are established,and their swirl characteristics are analyzed by numerical simulation.The first stage and second stage blades of the swirler are selected from a variety of installation angles.The simulation calculation shows that the characteristic length of the recirculation zone increases significantly with the increase of the installation angle,but the characteristic width changes little,which is conducive to protecting the wall from erosion.At the same time,the reflux zone with low velocity will make the flame burn more fully and stably.By further calculating the resistance loss coefficient,it is found that the resistance loss coefficient increases with the increase of the swirl number,which may be due to the greater the swirl number,the greater the energy loss when the airflow strikes the blade,and then leads to the increase of the resistance loss.Therefore,in the design of swirler,not only the reflux characteristics but also the resistance loss of air flow should be considered.
