摘 要:分布式光伏项目与“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标高度契合,在分布式光伏起步阶段,该文提出测绘地理信息技术与分布式光伏相结合,探索无人机倾斜摄影技术、实景三维技术、三维GIS平台和信息化管理平台在分布式光伏可研、施工、运维和巡检各个阶段的应用,并通过案例进行实践。实践表明,无人机倾斜摄影技术和无人机巡检与分布式光伏完美契合,并利用三维GIS平台对光伏多源数据融合,实现光伏信息数字化和光伏管理智慧化。Distributed photovoltaics are in line with the high-end"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality".In the initial stage of distributed photovoltaics,this paper proposes the combination of surveying and mapping geographic information technology and distributed photovoltaics,and explores the use of UAV oblique photography,real 3D,3D GIS platform and information management platform are used in various stages of distributed photovoltaic feasibility study,construction,operation and maintenance,and inspection,and are put into practice through cases.Practice has shown that UAV oblique photography and UAV inspection are perfectly compatible with distributed photovoltaics,and the 3D GIS platform is used to integrate photovoltaic multi-source data to realize photovoltaic information digitization and photovoltaic management intelligence.
