摘　　要：海洋石油平台重量小则几千吨,大的达到几万吨,设备材料众多,仅仅材料费就达到几亿元。提升海洋石油工程材料采办管理能力并做好成本控制,是推动工程企业持续发展的重要举措之一。文章分析了海洋石油工程材料采办管理特点,并对提高海洋石油工程材料采办管理方法及成本控制进行了简单论述。The weight of offshore oil platforms is thousands of tons,and tens of thousands of tons.There are many equipment and materials,and the material cost alone reaches hundreds of millions of yuan.Improving the procurement management ability of offshore oil engineering materials and do a good job in cost control is one of the important measures to promote the sustainable development of engineering enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics of offshore oil engineering material procurement management,and briefly discusses the improvement of offshore oil engineering material procurement management methods and cost control.
