动植物油和油类红外测定值的修正研究

摘  要:现行废水中动植物油红外检测计算方法是油类和石油类之差。由于动植物油测定存在较大的系统误差,不但影响动植物油的含量,还影响到油类含量的检测结果,而且样品中动植物油含量越高,油类检测误差越大。文章推导并验证了油类和动植物油现行测定标准中的修正计算公式,解决了油类和动植物油真实含量的计算方法,并对系统误差存在的原因进行了商讨。The current infrared detection and calculation method of animal and vegetable oil in wastewater is the difference between oil and petroleum.Due to the large systematic error in the determination of animal and vegetable oil,it will not only affect the content of animal and vegetable oil,but also affect the detection results of oil content.Moreover,the higher the content of animal and vegetable oil in the sample,the greater the error of oil detection.This paper deduces and verifies the modified calculation formula in the current determination standard of oils and animal and vegetable oils,solves the calculation method of the real content of oils and animal and vegetable oils,and discusses the reasons for the existence of systematic errors.
