摘　　要：近年来,在高校以及公共实验平台发生的因危险化学品(危化品)的不当使用而造成的事故不断发生,严重危害了实验室工作人员的生命财产健康安全。文章结合成都市政府印发的《成都市危险化学品安全综合治理实施方案》《成都市全面加强危险化学品安全生产工作实施方案》以及《企业安全生产标准化基本规范》,总结了危化品监管网络体系构成和公共实验平台实验室危险化学品安全监管现状,分析了公共实验平台针对危险化学品存放现状及使用过程的监管存在的难点问题,提出了强化实验室危险化学品存储和使用过程的安全管理的建议。In recent years,accidents caused by the improper use of dangerous chemicals(hazardous chemicals)in universities and public experimental platforms have occurred continuously,seriously endangering the health and safety oflaboratory staff.Therefore this paper issued by the government of Chengdu’s hazardous chemical materials safety comprehensive implementation plan of Chengdu,the“Chengdu comprehensively strengthen dangerous chemicals safety in production work plan”and“Basic standard for enterprise safety production standardization”,summarizes the network system for supervision and public experimental platform for laboratory hazardous chemical materials safety supervising actuality.This paper analyzes the difficult problems existing in the supervision of the use process of hazardous chemicals in public experimental platform,and puts forward suggestions on strengthening the safety management oflaboratory’s hazardous chemicals in the store and use procedures.
