摘 要:伊拉克M油田是发现于20世纪70年代,至今已有四十余年的开发历史。油田有200余口开发井,其中关停井占比7%,而油井出砂是关停井的重点关注因素之一。通过对伊拉克M油田出砂井进行统计,分析开发层位和井别信息,有针对性的选取分析试验井。对试验井的岩心、碎屑岩和测井曲线等进行岩心强度测试、出砂风险预测、储层粒度分析和防砂方式等进行实验优选,总结出适用于M油田Unit B储层的防砂方式。最后通过现场X井的成功应用,验证伊拉克M油田Unit B储层前期防砂研究的合理性。Iraq M oilfield was discovered in 1970s and has been developed for more than 40 years.There are more than 200 development wells in the oilfield,nearly 7%are shut down,and oil well sand production is one of the key factors for shut down.Through the statistics of sand producing wells in M oilfield in Iraq,the reservoirs and well type information are analyzed,and the pilot wells are selected and analyzed pertinently.The core strength test,sand production risk prediction,reservoir grain size analysis and sand control methods of the cores,clastic rocks and logging curves of the test wells were tested and optimized,and the sand control methods applicable to Unit B reservoir of M oilfield were summarized.Finally,through the successful application of well X in the field,the rationality of the early sand control research of Unit B reservoir in Iraq M oilfield is verified.
