摘  要:国内外应用表明,随着石油钻井勘探开发工艺的进一步发展,侧钻井技术已成为石油钻井的主要技术之一,表现出巨大的技术优势。目前,随着国内各油田进入开发中后期,侧钻井已成为稳产的主要手段。用专用工具将老井眼套管磨铣出一个与地层连通的窗口而后进行侧钻,这种方法就叫套管开窗侧钻。套管开窗侧钻工艺技术主要应用在分支井、事故井处理和老井二次开发等。文章介绍东海某口井深部开窗作业过程中遇到的问题并提出应对措施。The application at home and abroad shows that with the further development of petroleum drilling exploration and development technology,side drilling technology has become one of the main technologies of petroleum drilling,showing great technical advantages.At present,with the development of domestic oil fields entering the middle and late stage,side drilling has become the main means of stable production.Using a special tool to mill out a window to communicate with the formation of the old hole casing and then sidetrack,this method is called casing window sidetrack.Casing sidetracking technology is mainly used in branch well,accident well treatment and secondary development of old well.This paper introduces the problems encountered in the deep windowing operation of a well in the East China Sea.
