摘  要:传统切换天线采用机械开关或电子开关,高频损耗不可忽视,PIN二极管具有非常低的自身电容,而且在高频时器件实际上呈纯阻性,通过借助正向偏置电流,可以使其电阻值在1Ω~10000Ω之间改变,设计一种基于PIN二极管的高频信号天线切换开关,这种电子式天线开关包括+12 V电源电路、单刀四掷开关电路、发光二极管电路、去耦电容电路、接地电阻电路、扼流圈电路、限流电阻电路、天线输入连接器电路、输出连接器电路、PIN二极管电路,完美实现高频信号的切换、脉冲调制和移相。The traditional switching antenna uses mechanical switch or electronic switch,and the high-frequency loss cannot be ignored.PIN diode has very low self capacitance,and the device is actually pure resistance at high frequency.With the help of forward bias current,its resistance can be changed between 1Ωand 10000Ω.A high-frequency signal antenna switching switch based on PIN diode is designed in the article.This electronic antenna switch includes+12V power circuit,single pole four throw switch circuit LED circuit,decoupling capacitor circuit,grounding resistance circuit,choke circuit,current limiting resistance circuit,antenna input connector circuit,output connector circuit and PIN diode circuit that can perfectly realize the switching,pulse modulation and phase shifting of high-frequency signals.
