摘　　要：彝族医药兼具生物医学与医药文化价值。黔西北彝族世代传承的医药文献是彝族医药和彝族文化的内在载体和外在表征,其中蕴含的彝族传统阴阳五行等医药卫生理论和民俗仪式疗法与彝族地区传统生物医学和现代医学共存。以黔西北彝族地区的医药文献与文化个案为例,考察彝族地区的传统医药和多元医疗及其共存、互动现象和社会文化关系,探讨彝族人关于疾病与健康及其文化内涵的认知与理解,可以为传统医学、民族医学和医学人类学提供独特的田野个案和丰厚的原始素材。Yi medicine has the characteristics of both biomedicine and medical culture.The medical literature inherited from generation to generation by the Yi people in northwest Guizhou is the internal carrier and external representation of the Yi people’s medicine and culture.The traditional yin-yang and five elements medical and health theory and folk ritual therapy of the Yi people coexist with traditional biomedicine and modern medicine in the Yi area.Taking the medical literature and cultural cases of the Yi ethnic region in northwest Guizhou Province as a case study,this paper examines the traditional medicine and multi medical care in the Yi ethnic region,their coexistence,interaction and socio-cultural relations,and discusses the Yi people’s cognition and understanding of disease and health and their cultural connotations,which can provide unique field cases and rich raw materials for traditional medicine,ethnic medicine and medical anthropology.
