摘 要:明代是贵阳人才发展的繁荣时期。在明代以科举为主、荐举为辅的人才选拔体制下,依据不同人才对当时社会发展所作贡献大小,明代贵阳人才可划分为科举人才、乡贤和文化名人三大类。这三类人才在明代贵阳的发展相较以往呈现出人才数量规模更大和人才质量更高的特征。而中央王朝对贵州教育事业的高度重视,地方官员对贵阳教育事业的大力推进,以及社会人士对贵阳教育事业的大力支持,则是明代贵阳各类人才得以繁荣发展的主要原因。The Ming dynasty was a prosperous period for the development of talents in Guiyang.Under the talent selection system in the Ming dynasty,which was mainly based on imperial examinations and supplemented by recommendation,according to the contribution of different talents to social development at that time,the talents in Guiyang in Ming dynasty can be roughly divided into three categories:imperial examination talents,rural talents and cultural celebrities.Compared with the past,the development of these three types of talents in Guiyang in the Ming dynasty showed the characteristics of a larger number of talents and a higher quality of talents.The central dynasty attached great importance to education in Guizhou,local officials vigorously promoted Guiyang’s education,and the community’s strong support for Guiyang’s education were the main reasons for the prosperity and development of all kinds of talents in Guiyang in the Ming dynasty.
