摘　　要：碳交易履约机制是一项复杂的系统的工程,也是我国实现温室气体减排的重要制度。本文以陕煤集团试点企业碳交易履约机制的建设为研究对象,通过对比、调研等多种方法的综合应用,分析了国内碳交易市场履约机制的发展历程,探究了陕煤集团试点企业碳交易履约机制的建设过程及发现的问题,并结合陕煤集团的发展战略以及我国在履约机制中对企业的要求,从组织建设、节能减排、产业延伸等方面提出了集团碳交易履约机制四项合理化举措。The carbon trading compliance mechanism is a complex and systematic project,and it is also an important system for my country to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.This paper takes the construction of the carbon trading performance mechanism of the pilot enterprises of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group as the research object,and through the comprehensive application of various methods such as comparison and research,sorts out the development process of the performance mechanism of the domestic carbon trading market,and analyzes the carbon trading performance of the pilot enterprises of Shaanxi Coal Group.The construction process of the mechanism and the problems found,combined with the development strategy of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group and my country’s requirements for enterprises in the compliance mechanism,put forward four rationalizations of the group’s carbon trading compliance mechanism from the aspects of organizational construction,energy conservation and emission reduction,and industrial extension.action.
