摘 要:针对钢铁厂综合原料场封闭改造工程的特点,结合类似料场封闭改造项目设计经验,开展封闭料场的喷雾抑尘系统、室内消防系统及雨排水系统设计。喷雾抑尘系统采用远程射雾器,使水雾化后喷洒于物料上,有效抑制环境扬尘且节水效果良好。消防系统采用自动消防水炮,具有快速响应、火灾扑灭效率高的优点。雨排水系统优化可避免雨水倒灌引起的环境污染、生产停滞问题。将上述多种给排水系统应用于封闭料场改造工程,可为实现钢铁厂低碳环保发展目标以及智慧冶金平台搭建打下坚实基础。In view of the characteristics of the closed reconstruction project of the comprehensive raw material yard of the iron and steel plant,combined with the design experience of similar closed reconstruction projects,the spray dust suppression system,indoor fire protection system and rain drainage system of the closed raw material yard were designed.The spray dust suppression system uses a remote atomizer to spray water on materials after atomization,which effectively suppresses environmental dust and has a good water-saving effect.The fire fighting system adopts automatic fire water monitor,which has the advantages of fast response and high fire extinguishing efficiency.The optimization of rainwater drainage system can avoid environmental pollution and production stagnation caused by rainwater backflow.Applying the above water supply and drainage systems to the closed yard reconstruction project can lay a solid foundation for achieving the low-carbon and environmental protection development goal of the steel plant and building a smart metallurgical platform.
