摘  要:为了解决俄霍布拉克煤矿井下光干涉甲烷测定器检测结果偏大、无法真实反映实际甲烷浓度的问题,本文通过阐述光干涉甲烷测定器原理、开展煤矿井下现场测试和实验室对比实验,研究了井下测定甲烷浓度产生误差的影响因素,给出了误差修正模型,并对修正模型进行了现场验证。研究结果表明:矿井使用的几种井下光干涉甲烷测定器质量不存在问题,不会引起测值的误差;造成误差的主要因素为测点处气体成分中CO_(2)浓度、CO浓度、O_(2)浓度的变化,其中,O_(2)浓度是影响光干涉甲烷测定器检测结果准确性的主控因素,而测点处的大气压力、温度、湿度变化对测定结果基本没有影响。本文提出了三个因素影响下的光干涉甲烷测定器测定结果修正模型,经现场验证,修正后结果与气相色谱仪检测结果误差差值在0.01%~0.15%之间,修正后的结果较准确。In order to solve the problem of large error in the detection result of optical interference methane detector in Ehuobulake Coal Mine.Through expounding the principle of optical interference methane detector,underground field test and laboratory contrast experiment in coal mine,this paper studies the influencing factors of errors in underground measurement of methane concentration and gives an correction model,and the correction model is verified on site.The research show that there is no problem in the quality of the underground optical interference methane detector,and will not cause the error of the measured value.The concentrations of CO,CO_(2)and O_(2)are the influencing factors of the measurement error,in which the concentration of O_(2)is the main controlling factor.Atmospheric pressure,air temperature and humidity have little effect on the measurement error of optical interference methane detector.A correction model for the measurement results of the optical interference methane detector under the influence of three factors is proposed.Through field verification,the error difference between the corrected results and the gas chromatograph results is 0.01%-0.15%,and the corrected results are more accurate.
