摘　　要：《盛世危言》蕴含着丰富的农业科技思想,内容包括勤于农事、提高农技、参仿西法、兴农劝功、预防农灾5个方面。主要特点包括《盛世危言》中心思想是“救国”“富强”,借鉴西方经验发展农业技术;注重农事发展的综合性;调动人的积极性发展农业;因地制宜地引进农业科技,注重科普。郑观应能够在国家内忧外患的困境中打破传统,凸显了他的创新精神,同时也具有一定的局限性。因此,应创新性地汲取其中对“三农”事业、乡村振兴的有益营养。The Warning in the Times of Peace and Prosperity contains rich thoughts of agricultural science and technology,which including five aspects of diligent in farming,improve agricultural technology,apply western law,promote agriculture and prevent agricultural disasters.The central idea of The Warning in the Times of Peace and Prosperity is to‘save the country’and‘prosperity’.It learns from western experience to develop agricultural technology,focuses on the comprehensiveness of agricultural development,mobilizes people’s enthusiasm to develop agriculture,introduces agricultural technology according to local conditions and focuses on science popularization.Zheng Guanying was able to break the tradition in the plight of the country’s internal and external troubles,highlighted his innovative spirit,but also had certain limitations.Thus,we need to creatively draw on the beneficial nutrition of‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers’and rural revitalization to create a prosperous time.
