电厂主变压器瓦斯报警原因排查及分析

摘　　要：通过排查某电厂主变压器瓦斯报警的原因,介绍了变压器瓦斯保护的原理,对几次瓦斯报警现象进行了对比,统计分析不同时间段主变内部油样、气样成分,得出主变进气及主变瓦斯频繁报警是由该主变一冷却器潜油泵一进口蝶阀在运行中实际未开足所致,并总结了相关经验教训。The reasons that cause gas alarms of a main transformer in a power plant is investigated, the principle of transformer gas protection is described, comparison is made on the phenomena of several gas alarms,analyses are carried out on comparative statistics of internal oil and gas samples inside the main transformer during various time periods, and it is found out that the specific causes of air intake of the main transformer and its frequent gas alarms are the inadequate opening of an inlet butterfly valve of a cooler’s submersible pump of the main transformer in its practical operation. The related lessons and suggestions are summarized.
