摘  要:发电机出口断路器起着控制机组与电力系统并列或解列的作用,广泛应用于电厂。以某700 MW发电机出口断路器解体故障为例,通过现场检查和分析,查明出口断路器解体根本原因为触头传动机构机械故障,并提出具体处置及维护建议以避免同类故障再次发生。Generator circuit breaker(GCB) is in charge of the paralleling and splitting control of units and electric power systems, which is widely applied in power plants. Taking a 700 MW GCB breakdown failure as example, by the field inspection and analysis, the root cause of the GCB failure is identified as that of the main drive mechanism of the GCB contact, and specific settlement and maintenance recommendations are put forward so as to avoid the recurrence of similar accidents.
