摘 要:为解决某电厂330MW燃煤机组烟风系统完成超低排放改造后烟风道阻力逐年增大,引风机、增压风机耗电率大幅升高的问题,对比分析该机组烟风系统不同时段各部分压差,找出了烟风道阻力增加的根本原因,并从检修维护、运行调整、技术改造等方向提出并实施了针对性治理措施,为其他机组同类问题的治理提供了借鉴。In order to solve the problem that the flue gas and air duct system of a 330 MW coal-fired unit in a power plant, upon it was retrofitted with ultra-low emission, appears the increasing resistance of its flue air duct year by year and the growing power consumption rate of its induced draft fan and booster fan, the pressure difference of each part of the flue gas and air system of the unit at different times are compared and analyzed,the root cause of the increase in air-duct resistance is find out, and the targeted improvement measures from maintenance, operation adjustment, and technical transformation are put forward, which offers reference for the settlement of similar troubles in other units.
