摘　　要：以某厂分离器平衡管频繁振动为例,结合运行工况,经现场检查、振动测试和分析论证,确定振动原因为管路支吊架存在缺陷,提出恢复失载支吊架、增设阻尼器的振动治理方案,并验证了振动治理方案的有效性,从而消除了该类设备振动隐患。Taking the problem of vibration frequently occurred in the balanced tubes of moisture separator in a power plant as an example, combined with the actual working conditions as well as field checks, vibration tests and analysis and verification, the vibration causes are found out due to a defect in pipeline support and hanger. A settlement solution is put forward by recovering the load capacity of the failed support and hanger and adding dampers, and its effectiveness is verified, which is available to eliminate such potential vibration troubles.
