软稳电源在富氧底吹炉铜冶炼电收尘中的应用

摘　　要：为了提升某冶炼厂富氧底吹炉铜冶炼电收尘效率,对电收尘器单室(1号电收尘器)进行软稳电源改造。改造后软稳电源运行情况良好,软稳电源放电电压基本稳定在40 kV,月平均电收尘效率逐渐提升达到88.5%,电收尘出口尘浓度降至2 g/m3以下,作业环境得到了较大改善。In order to improve the efficiency of electric dust collection in the smelting of oxygen bottom blowing converter, the single-chamber(1#) of the electrostatic precipitator is retrofitted with a soft regulated power supply. Upon the retrofit, the soft regulated power supply has been running in good condition with its discharge voltage of the soft-stabilized power supply basically stable at 40 kV, dust collection efficiency gradually improved up to 88.5 % per month, dust concentration at the outlet of the electric dust collector reduced below 2 g/m~3, and working environment well improved.
