摘　　要：目的:优选中药复方制剂宫颈安康凝胶剂的提取工艺。方法:首先以反映该制剂抗宫颈炎的药效学指标(宫颈脏器指数、病理切片)为基础,比较水煎煮与50%乙醇回流提取工艺,确定宫颈安康凝胶剂的提取方法及溶剂类型;继以理化指标(苦参碱转移率、浸膏得率)综合评分,进行L9(34)正交试验,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间和提取次数三个因素的影响。结果:由抗宫颈炎的药效学指标得50%乙醇回流优于水煎煮,进一步根据有效成分含量优选提取工艺为:50%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:通过药效学结合正交试验优选的宫颈安康凝胶剂提取工艺稳定、可行,为宫颈安康凝胶剂的制备及开发奠定基础。To optimize the extraction process of Gongjing Ankang gels, the pharmacodynamic indexes(cervical organ index, pathological section)reflecting the anti-cervicitis effect of the gels were taken as the evaluation criteria, and the water decoction and 50% ethanol reflux extraction process were compared to determine the extraction method and solvent type.Then with the comprehensive evaluation of the physicochemical indexes(matrine transfer rate, extract yield)as the goal, the L9(3~4)orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the effect of ethanol concentration, extraction time and extraction times.The results showed that 50% ethanol reflux was better than water decoction.The optimum extraction process was as follows: 50% ethanol, reflux extraction for 3 times, 1.5 hours each time.The optimum extraction process is stable and feasible, which lays a foundation for the preparation and development of Gonjing Ankang gels.
