克咳胶囊中吗啡含量的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选克咳胶囊中吗啡含量的提取工艺方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以吗啡含量为检测指标,分别考察提取方法、提取溶剂、溶剂体积、超声功率、提取时间等因素,确定克咳胶囊的最佳提取工艺。结果:克咳胶囊中吗啡含量的最佳提取工艺为:5%醋酸的20%甲醇溶剂25 mL,超声处理30 min(53 kHz, 500 W),离心后过滤。To optimize the extraction process of morphine from Keke capsules, RP-HPLC was adopted, and the effect of extraction method, extraction solution, solution volume, ultrasound power, and extraction time on the content of morphine was investigated.The optimum extraction process was determined as follows: 5% acetic acid-20% methanol solution 25 mL,ultrasonic treatment for 30 min(53 kHz, 500 W),filtering after centrifugation.
