摘 要:为解决系杆拱桥在钢拱肋和钢梁拼装过程中线形的确定和控制等问题,通过基于无应力状态法的系杆拱桥施工控制方法,利用系杆拱桥构件单元的无应力长度和无应力曲率,建立了拱桥施工中间过程与最终成桥状态之间的联系,避免了系杆拱桥成桥后繁琐的调索步骤,并以某在建系杆拱桥为例,采用MIDAS Civil有限元软件建立全桥数值模型,对该桥施工过程进行模拟。结果表明:基于无应力状态法的系杆拱桥线形及索力控制方法计算准确,可行性好,实测拱肋、钢主梁线形偏差以及吊杆索力偏差均满足规范要求,同时可节省工期。In order to solve the problem of the determination and control of the alignment of the tied arch bridge in the process of assembling the steel arch rib and the steel beam,the construction control method of the tied arch bridge based on the non-stress state method is used.The non-stress length and non-stress curvature of the component unit of the tied arch bridge are used to establish the connection between the intermediate construction process of the arch bridge and the final bridge state,which avoids the tedious cable adjustment steps after the tied arch bridge is completed.Taking a tied arch bridge under construction as an example,the numerical model of the whole bridge is established by Midas Civil finite element software to simulate the construction process of the bridge.The results show that the linear and cable force control method of tied arch bridge based on unstressed state method is accurate and feasible.The measured linear deviation of arch rib and steel girder and the deviation of suspender cable force meet the requirements of the code,and the construction period can be saved.
